We use contact details, place, engraving, date, previews, approvals and delivery details to prepare and perform your order, communicate and fulfil legal obligations including accounting. Necessary security and service-continuity data are processed for our legitimate interests. Required fields are necessary for the corresponding request.
Initial language uses country metadata supplied by our host from the visitor’s IP, falling back to browser preferences. This language feature does not store your IP in our database or send it to an additional geolocation service. A functional “pm-language” cookie remembers manual language choices for one year. Delivery country is selected separately.
Drafts and preview references may be stored locally in your browser to restore designs and resume requests. You can delete them using browser settings or the saved-design delete control. Avoid saving on shared devices if others should not see your draft.
Hosting, maps, payment, email, manufacturing and delivery providers receive data needed for their roles. Stripe processes card details on its own page; we do not store complete card numbers. Mapping services including Google Maps may receive location queries and technical information when used. Their terms and privacy policies also apply.
Data are retained as necessary for service, follow-up and legal claims. Accounting records follow legal retention periods, generally ten years. Local drafts remain on your device until deleted or evicted by the browser.
You may request access, correction, deletion, restriction and, where legally applicable, portability or objection by email above. Legal retention duties may prevent deletion of some records. You can complain to the French data authority CNIL: www.cnil.fr. Providers processing data outside the EEA require applicable safeguards. Before sales open, this notice must be completed with contractual provider details and specific retention periods.
